Stretch & Mobility

Our Stretch class is a restorative session designed to lengthen muscles and release tension. This class focuses on improving flexibility, posture, and mobility. It's perfect for anyone – from athletes to desk workers – seeking relief from tension and a reset for body and mind.

This class is perfect for those who wish to understand the fundamentals of Pilates while learning to use the equipment safely. Through targeted exercises, you will develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The instructors take the time to correct your form and adapt the session to your level, whether you're a beginner or simply looking to refine your foundations. An essential step to progressing with confidence and achieving lasting results!

  • Seniors : Pilates is an ideal physical activity for seniors.
  • Prenatal Pregnant women are welcome with their doctor's approval.
  • Postnatal : This class is not suitable for women who have not completed their perineal and abdominal rehabilitation after childbirth.

Reformer Pilates is a gentle practice that can be especially beneficial during pregnancy.
 
It allows future mothers to gently engage the pelvic floor and back muscles while maintaining good mobility, without uncomfortable positions or abrupt movements.
 
Prenatal sessions focus on core stability, strengthening the legs, and enhancing muscle flexibility, helping the body adapt to physical changes and prepare for childbirth.

Join Elise for a ‘Relax’ yoga class to unwind and leave behind all of the stress you may have built up during the week.

Yin et Bain Sonore

A beautiful and peaceful experience designed to create space and unravel tension within the body and the mind. The class opens with gently held yin poses to foster a profound release in the hips, shoulders, and spine. The deliberate stillness invites you to explore moments of surrender.

Following the mindful movement, experience 20 minutes of transformative sound therapy during which you are “bathed” in sound waves. The waves interact with your body, releasing tension and restoring balance.

This class is perfect for soothing our nervous system, be prepared to leave feeling rejuvenated.
